The Role
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects, working closely with experienced project teams throughout all stages of delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project delivery across key construction packages.
- Managing subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Assisting with procurement, contract administration and subcontractor management.
- Driving construction planning, sequencing and methodology.
- Monitoring programme, cost and quality outcomes.
- Building solid relationships with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental systems.
- Supporting the project team to achieve successful commercial and operational outcomes.
About You
- 3–8 years' experience with a commercial building head contractor.
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
- Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- A genuine desire to develop your career within a leading Tier 1 contractor.
