Recruitment Consultant, Laverton North, Melbourne $80,000 – $95,000 per year + Super & Bonus Driver Hire is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team based in Laverton North.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and workplace culture

Source, screen and interview candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards and referrals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking job briefs through to placement and onboarding. Develop recent business opportunities and negotiate terms of business with prospective clients.

Maintain and grow an active pipeline of candidates and clients using our CRM system. Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey. What we’re looking for

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or the staffing industry. A background in sales, business development or another client-facing role. Excellent verbal,



written and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills with confidence in overcoming objections and closing opportunities. A motivated self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. A passion for building long-term relationships and achieving results.
