- Has a strong understanding of all aspects of retail butchery.
- Understands product costing, gross profit and product development.
- Is committed to following HR policies and Protected Food procedures.
- Leads by example with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Is organised, reliable and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
