- 3 to 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolve complex network issues related to IP/MPLS implementation.
- Work on EWO & PTW JIRA Tickets and implement solutions as per Helix EO (Engineering
Order).
- Lead implementation of current site builds from an IT Network perspective.
- Create
High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents as per the Scope of Work (SOW).
- Prepare fortnightly,
monthly, and weekly reports using JIRA tickets.
- Develop Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- Commission and decommission network elements, ensuring smooth integration into existing infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge executing Cisco NSO DHCP Migration, DNS IPIC Migration.
- Analyze complex network problems, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
- Implement network changes to minimize outages and optimize performance.
- Upgrade IOS versions to prevent system vulnerabilities and bugs.
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers and switches.
- Conduct capacity planning and enhance link capacity for critical NOC elements.
- Ensure all network designs meet quality standards based on process guidelines.
- Drive best practices aligned with company frameworks and industry standards.
- Maintain high-quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to optimize network performance.
