About the role

Seasonal Cafe is looking for a Barista / Café All Rounder to join our dynamic team. This is a casual position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in our café. Based in Biggera Waters, QLD, this role offers adaptable work arrangements.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner

2. Preparing and serving food and beverages

3. Demonstrated latte art ability is required for coffee preparation

4. Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the café

5. Assisting with general café duties as required

6. Providing a high level of customer service at all times

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

2. Minimum 2+ years of hospitality experience is required

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work effectively in a team

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
