Teleflex Medical has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and confident Clinical Manager – Acute Care to join our Clinical & Medical Affairs (CMA) team. This Melbourne-based role will support customers and stakeholders across Victoria and other regions as required. The successful applicant will also be part of the broader APAC Regional CMA team providing essential clinical support to both internal and external stakeholders.
The Clinical Manager - Acute Care is responsible for assisting in customer product training and education to ensure the safe and appropriate use of Teleflex products in line with CMA strategic priorities to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for patients.
The Clinical Manager - Acute Care supports the development and delivery of internal and external training programs for the Teleflex Acute Care product portfolio, including Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps and Anesthesia/Respiratory products. This role ensures all educational content complies with Off-Label and Promotion Activities policies and promotes safe, effective, and appropriate product use.
The Clinical Manager builds strong professional relationships and collaborates with HCP educators to drive product adoption through high-quality education that enhances patient care. Success in this role requires strong training expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential skills and experience requirement:
- Completed Bachelor Degree or higher in the field of Nursing or Similar
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in acute care; preferably within a Critical Care and/or Cardiac Critical Care environment. Experience with Intra-aortic balloon pumps is essential
- Proven experience in education and teaching using simulation and workshop approaches
- Registered healthcare provider with no restrictions (current AHPRA registration)
- Experience of developing and delivering teaching presentations to a group of health care professionals
