We are seeking an organised, hands-on Yard Coordinator to take ownership of our main depot, manage equipment repairs, and oversee day-to-day asset movements.

The Role

This is a dynamic position blending active outdoor yard logistics with basic depot repairs and administration. You will keep the yard running smoothly while handling simple day-to-day computer tasks to track portable toilet repairs, check inventory, and log job details for invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair Coordination: Assess asset damage, manage spare parts, and coordinate hands-on repairs for portable toilets (pumps, doors, skids, and seals).

- Forklift Operations: Safely load, unload, and stack portable toilets, waste tanks, and equipment around the depot.

- Basic Admin & Invoicing: Use the workshop computer to enter basic job details, log repair costs, and process routine invoicing.

- Stocktakes & Inventory: Conduct regular, structured stocktakes of physical assets, parts, and chemicals, updating records on the system.

- Fleet Preparation: Supervise the detailing, sanitisation, and pressure-washing of assets to exceptional hygiene standards.





What We Are Looking For

- Licences: Current Forklift Ticket (LF) is strictly mandatory. A Heavy Rigid (HR) driver licence is required for maneuvering fleet vehicles.

- Work Schedule: Commitment to a consistent Monday to Friday roster.

- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, resilient, and comfortable with regular lifting and active yard work.

- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is fine. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) or general data entry is highly regarded.

- Experience: Background in yard coordination, hire equipment, stores, or basic mechanical/handyman maintenance.
