As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an individual with hand skilled that can be trained to become a Sign Fabricator/Installer to join our dynamic team.
Note this role doesn't involve use of computer or designing at all **
Role Overview
As a Sign Fabricator/Installer, you’ll be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of a wide variety of signs. You’ll work with a range of materials, tools, and machinery to bring our clients’ signage visions to life.
Your attention to detail, hands-on skill, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricating and assembling signs using materials such as vinyl, acrylic, metal, and 3D components
- Installing signage on-site at customer locations
- Ensuring quality control during fabrication and installation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Collaborating with the design and sales teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Providing outstanding customer service during installations
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in hands on type role (not necessarily with in signage)
- Robust attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with a variety of tools and materials (cutting, welding, painting, and assembly)
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive company vehicles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
