About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll answer incoming calls, assist with enquiries, book jobs, direct customers to the right department and ensure every caller receives exceptional service.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be working with a supportive team that genuinely enjoys helping customers and each other.

Your Day Will Include

- Answering and managing high volumes of incoming phone calls.

- Booking service appointments for our technicians.

- Providing customers with accurate information about our services.

- Transferring calls to the appropriate department when required.

- Assisting customers with enquiries, scheduling and general support.

- Updating customer information within our systems.

- Responding to emails and online enquiries.

- Working closely with our dispatch and operations teams.





- Delivering a professional and friendly experience on every interaction.

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and phone manner.

- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to multitask in a busy environment.

- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.

- Reliable, punctual and a great team player.

- Ability to remain calm and skilled during busy periods.
