The Role
- Lead end-to-end change management activities across a large, enterprise-wide program
- Develop and execute change strategies aligned to regulatory and business requirements
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
- Manage change impacts, readiness, communications, and adoption
- Work closely with program delivery teams in a fast-moving, evolving environment
About You
- Proven experience as a Change Manager within large,
complex programs
- Strong background in regulatory-driven change within financial services
- Comfortable operating in quick-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and able to navigate ambiguity
