As a Volunteer Coordinator located in Port Pirie, you will oversee the volunteer program through recruitment and training processes that advance service delivery outcomes. This role is pivotal in leading volunteers through valuable coaching that contributes to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. Your exemplary communicative skills will support the mentorship of volunteers and strengthen administrative support duties that uphold accurate reporting measures.

In this role, you will:

- Train, assess and recruit volunteers through dedicated mentorship and guidance
- Analyse the development of volunteer services within the community to maintain high-level service standards
- Implement critical thinking skills to produce high-quality solutions that heighten departmental processes
- Maintain accurate written and verbal reports that reflect statistical and qualitative data
- Offer administrative support and uphold the security and confidentiality of information.

- You employ conflict resolution strategies to mitigate arising departmental issues
- You are an effective written and verbal communicator who can format information clearly and concisely
