What You’ll Do

- Collaborate with clients to understand and document business requirements, including Australian Awards and enterprise agreements.

- Lead the configuration and delivery of Dayforce Workforce Management solutions for complex operational models (multi-site, shift-based, remote operations).

- Support clients through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data validation, and Go Live.

- Train and coach junior implementation consultants.

- Provide insights to optimise scheduling, labour planning, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For





- Experience in Dayforce Workforce Management (project delivery or BAU)

- Implementation Consulting experience, delivering full end to end lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (penalties, overtime, allowances, fatigue management).

- Ability to translate operational requirements into Dayforce configuration.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
