Workfast is looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Coordinator to join our South Brisbane team.

In this role, you will ensure the effective coordination of resources, equipment, and information to successfully deliver on both business and client requirements. You will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials, overseeing receipting, warehousing, and despatch to meet Delivery In Full, On Time targets while maintaining strict inventory integrity.
Key Duties:
- Manage daily site operations and processes to ensure effective workflow and operational compliance.
- Oversee all site receipting processes, purchase order (PO) receipting, and work orders.
- Review and maintain OHS documentation, manage the site safety calendar, and ensure adherence to zero Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIRs).
- Manage the cycle counting process to develop and maintain a highly accurate, organised stores inventory.
- Coordinate pick-and-pack activities and arrange transportation of customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure outgoing goods meet client requirements, including completing quality inspections and accompanying documentation.
- Monitor department performance and identify opportunities to implement process improvements.
- Maintain product SLA lead times and manage intercompany customer logistics.
- Develop and maintain the site maintenance plan to ensure optimal ongoing operations.
- Collaborate across departments to align operational processes with broader business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven warehouse supervisory and/or coordination experience
- Experience utilising ERP systems
- Current and valid Forklift ticket.
- Well-developed safety awareness and a strong orientation to process.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
