ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Piling Project Manager to oversee self-performing CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Wall projects valued at $5M+ across Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company specializing in piling and ground engineering.

About You

- Strong piling background, confident in all aspects of piling operations
- Proven experience with up-to-date piling and foundation techniques
- Proficient in handling engineering site documentation
- Robust leadership and ability to drive project success
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, foremen, and supervisors
- Ensure project works are completed to specification, on time, and within budget
- Oversee the installation of temporary works and enforce site safety measures
- Develop short-term programs to align with project timelines
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments
- Track and document additional works/variations for inclusion in monthly valuations
- Maintain detailed and accurate project records

Requirements





- 8+ years of post-graduate experience in piling and ground engineering
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience working with self-performing piling contractors
- Strong background in piling and foundation techniques
- Previous experience in the Australian/NZ construction market or with a main contractor
- Comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and site operations
