About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will:

- Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring excellence across quality, compliance, people leadership, and financial performance.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional early education.
- Foster meaningful partnerships with families and the local community.
- Drive occupancy growth through community engagement and effective centre promotion.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and educational excellence.
- Support your team to achieve and exceed the National Quality Standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace where people love to come to work.

About You

You are an influential leader who brings:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Proven success as a Centre Manager within an early childhood service.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving occupancy and performance outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- A passion for creating positive team cultures and driving meaningful change.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Strong understanding of compliance, child safety, and quality frameworks.
