The Standard Company – Meats; has won numerous awards for its quality cuts, presentation, and innovation in the butchery industry. We are searching for the next generation of Butcher Apprentices to mentor and develop at our James Street location.

We are happy to consider those currently completing a butchery apprenticeship and candidates with experience and holding a qualification in the industry.

What are we looking for?

We require a team player that is passionate about the meat industry.

- Reliable and hard working

- Well presented & customer service focused





- Have a passion for learning a trade and willing to commit to completing an apprenticeship

- Ability to work 5am starts essential, as is reliable transportation
