About the Role:
You will provide advanced facilities and maintenance support to ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of Whyalla Hospital and Health Service. Working under limited direction, you will coordinate minor works projects, oversee maintenance schedules and compliance activities, supervise trade assistants, liaise with contractors and suppliers, and provide expert advice on asset maintenance, repairs and infrastructure improvements.

About You:
- Experience managing building maintenance, plant and facilities services, ideally within a healthcare environment.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to lead teams, supervise contractors and build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of building systems, maintenance principles and relevant safety standards, regulations and legislation.
