Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to start working in Dandenong South and assist in the relocation of the warehouse to Bayswater Premises. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience, a current forklift licence, and the ability to identify, measure, and distinguish between various pipework and ducting components.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Identifying, measuring, and selecting pipe and ducting components as required
- Keeping the warehouse clean,
organised, and safe
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
Essential Requirements
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) and (LO)
- Previous warehouse/store person experience
- Ability to accurately measure and identify pipe and ducting components
- Valuable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Desirable
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or industrial supplies
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory systems
- Current driver's licence
