About The Role

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational leadership of the Tullamarine plant, including manufacturing performance, safety, quality, cost management, and people leadership. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting regional transformation initiatives, and ensuring best-in-class service to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead all site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (productivity, cost, service, and quality)
- Deliver on financial targets, including cost per unit (CPU) and operational budgets
- Strengthen quality systems and reduce customer claims
- Build and develop a high-performing, engaged team
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and supply chain alignment
- Ensure reliable and efficient production planning and execution

What We Are Looking For

- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing workplace (extrusion, thermoforming,



or similar preferred)
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and developing frontline leaders
- Strong track record in safety leadership and cultural transformation
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Ability to balance people, performance, and process
- Hands-on, present, and approachable
- Leads by example, especially in safety and behaviors
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Pragmatic, structured, and action-oriented
- Builds trust and accountability across teams
- Tertiary Qualifications preferred in a Science / Engineering or Supply Chain discipline.
