Our client operates within the manufacturing sector and has a well-known presence in Australia, Current Zealand, and Asia. This finance manager role will be based at their Moorabbin site and be 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, with additional flexibility on offer.

A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Manage cash flow and compliance.
- Collaborate with all internal departments and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Lead tax returns and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain financial controls.
- Monitor and analyse financial data trends.
- Lead a team of 3.

Qualifications:





- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, including professional qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting processes.
- Experience SAP is advantageous.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership and team development ability.

Compensation and Details:

- $135K - $145K plus superannuation, pending experience.
- Permanent position.
- Manufacturing sector.
- Moorabbin location.
- Lead a team of three.
