The Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.
Coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program
Ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the OSHC program
Hours: 6.30am – 9:30am & 2:30pm – 6:30pm
Monday to Friday only — no weekend work!
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Solid organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for working with children
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Sound knowledge of the NQS and EYLF
Flexibility to work a spilt shift
A commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Essential prior OSHC or school-age care experience
Australian permanent residency or Citizen status
