Join one of the Gold Coast's most iconic beachfront venues! Located just steps from the beach in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Sandbar is known for its relaxed coastal vibe, fresh flavours and stunning ocean views. We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing:

- Running the grill and pan sections with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Working collaboratively with the team during busy service periods

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Experience on grill and pan is essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail




- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
