Your opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager , the Survey Manager will sit within the project team and be accountable for
- Ensuring that the geometry and dimensions of design are checked and that potential design faults are identified early in the project
- Advising management of any issues arising from the survey
- Ensuring that sites are accurately surveyed and that clear and concise set outs are provided (with sufficient survey marks) in accordance with contract drawings
- Ensuring that a site explanation and sketches of set outs are provided to relevant Project Team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Spatial Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years’ experience working as a qualified Surveyor
- Minimum 5 years' people management experience
