We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our Adelaide property management team within our Asset Services division. This busy, fast‑paced role will support a period of portfolio transition and growth, ensuring continuity of service delivery, client relationship management, financial management and compliance obligations across a diverse commercial property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the property management and building services operations
- Maintaining close liaison with the owner, occupiers and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements/issues
- Administering all leases and maintaining a current and accurate tenancy schedule
- Preparing reports, budgets, forecasts and financial updates, including oversight of operating and capital expenditure
- Supporting the mobilisation, transition and ongoing management of allocated commercial assets while maintaining service standards
- Managing client relationships, reporting, compliance obligations and day‑to‑day operational requirements across the portfolio
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar autonomous role in Property Management within commercial property
- Current SA Real Estate Agent registration/licence, or the ability to meet licensing requirements
- Ability to manage client expectations, balance competing priorities and work to strict deadlines during periods of change
- A proactive, approachable and professional demeanour with strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement
- Robust communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
