The Secure Step is seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional to partner with regional leaders and frontline teams in Esperance, WA. You will provide practical safety advice, coaching and support across operations, strengthening the organisation's Safety & Health Management System.

You will coach leaders, implement policies, manage hazard controls, and lead incident investigations using ICAM methodologies while promoting a proactive safety culture and wellbeing initiatives.
