Part-time role in South Nowra supporting laundry production and delivery. Pay $27.97 per hour plus First Aid and Driving allowances, with 12% employer superannuation.

Description

The Flagstaff Group is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Production & Delivery Assistant to work with a team in a safe and inclusive environment for people with disability. The role combines warehouse, production and delivery responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and deliver laundry to customers across the Shoalhaven using a Flagstaff vehicle.
- Load and unload laundry bags, trolleys and linen safely.
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and pack laundry to customer specifications.
- Assist with production tasks to meet accuracy and timeliness.
- Support employees in laundry and production under the Laundry Supervisor.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and keep vehicle clean.
- Complete delivery documentation and customer records.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and customer service.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist in keeping the laundry workplace clean, organized and safe.
- Promote Flagstaff's values of Support, Lead, Include and Celebrate.

About You

- Experience in commercial laundry, production, warehousing, hospitality, logistics or delivery (desirable).




- Unrestricted Australian driver licence and good driving record.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Good physical fitness; able to lift and move laundry bags and trolleys.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support people with disability.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
