We’re looking for an experienced Interest Rate Risk Management Dealer to join our NSW Markets team and play a central role in delivering risk management solutions to a portfolio of Business Bank customers across the Corporate Agri, Corporate Health and Commercial Real Estate sectors. If you’re passionate about financial markets and driven to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

This pivotal position will see you charged with delivering high quality interest rate risk management solutions to business customers across a range of industries.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to build deep customer relationships, identify opportunities and develop tailored risk management strategies.



You’ll do this by maintaining an in‑depth understanding of financial products, market conditions, and customer needs.

Qualifications

- AFMA qualifications and proven financial markets dealing experience
- Have solid financial markets knowledge and can drive awareness with business partners
- Possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and provide risk management solutions
- Demonstrate solid sales, pricing, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Be passionate about the customer experience
- Have a proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities to bring the best of NAB to customers.
