About the Role

You will be responsible for assessing and approving residential and commercial loan applications,



providing credit guidance to brokers and BDMs, and contributing to First Federal's reputation for fast, commercially sound credit decisions.

You'll work across a broad range of transactions including:

- Self-employed borrowers
- Alt-doc and specialist lending
- Commercial property transactions
- Complex credit scenarios that require judgement and experience

What We're Looking For

We're seeking people who:

- Have credit assessment experience and have held a lending delegation
- Bring strong commercial acumen and risk management capability
- Can balance policy, risk and customer outcomes
- Enjoy solving complex lending scenarios
- Communicate confidently with brokers and internal stakeholders
- Have experience in non-bank, specialist or commercial lending
- Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
