Graphic Designer | Initial Contract till EOFY | Cairns or Townsville | Flexible Work

Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visual communication materials across print, digital, videography and online platforms to support the Region's stakeholder and community engagement program.

- Initial contract till 30/06/27
- Potential for two 12-month extensions
- Available at Cairns or Townsville w/ flexible work arrangements

This role would suit an experienced Graphic Designer with the ability to deliver high-quality creative design solutions, manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver high-quality creative design solutions across print, digital, video and online platforms.
- Design and produce publications, brochures, newsletters, presentations, social media content, videos and digital and print advertisements.
- Provide visual design and digital communication advice,



ensuring compliance with branding and whole-of-government requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate complex information into transparent and engaging visual communications.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while delivering work to agreed deadlines.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet accessibility (WCAG) requirements and corporate brand guidelines.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office to produce high-quality communication materials.
- Liaise with external suppliers and contribute to continuous improvement within the Communication and Stakeholder Management team.
