KMH Workforce is seeking experienced Tower Crane Operators for upcoming commercial construction projects across the Perth metro area. Working closely with doggers, riggers, supervisors and site management, you will play a key role in supporting daily construction activities through the safe and effective movement of materials, equipment and structural components.

- Rates from $53 per hour plus penalties
- Long‑term project opportunities
- Monday to Saturday roster available
Responsibilities:
- Operate hammerhead and/or luffing tower cranes
- Conduct daily pre‑start inspections and equipment checks
- Coordinate lifts with doggers, riggers, and site supervisors
- Support site operations by moving materials and equipment safely
- Complete required documentation and defect reporting
Requirements:
- High Risk Work Licence – Tower Crane (CT)
- High Risk Work Licence – DG, RB, RI, RA
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- Previous commercial or high‑rise construction experience
