MCA Engineering has developed a dedicated and motivated workforce with a broad range of expertise and a sincere customer focus. Due to an increase in work in Mt Isa, we are seeking experienced local personnel to join our team for a 12-18 month surface project, including Concreters and MC Truck Drivers.

About the Candidate

- Locally based in Mt Isa
- Current driver’s licence
- Relevant qualifications and tickets
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Mining experience is advantageous
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A; testing




- Concreters must have experience in concrete finishing, including smoothing, leveling, and surface detailing
- Additional tickets and experience that would be highly regarded include: Rigging, Dogging, Franna Non Slew, Excavator ticket, HR Licence

Work Environment

Starting indicative pay rates (under Enterprise Agreement) from $50-$60 per hour. Rates dependent on skills, experience, and role.
