CMTP is a leading Australian manufacturer of timber pallets, crates and packaging solutions, supplying customers through a national network of manufacturing sites.

We're looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to lead our growing Brendale site. Leading a team of approximately 15 employees, you'll drive safety, productivity, quality and continuous improvement while building a positive, high‑performing culture. This is a leadership role, with approximately 70% of your time spent on the production floor coaching teams, solving problems and driving results.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day performance of the site and lead from the front.

You’ll Be Responsible For

- Driving safety, quality and production performance
- Coaching and developing team leaders and operators
- Implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives
- Identifying and delivering process improvements




- Supporting production planning and operational efficiency

You’re a motivated leader who enjoys being on the floor, working with people and improving how things are done.
