Responsibilities

- Work full‑time on‑site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade.
- Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
- Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets by selling the whole holiday package, including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises and transfers.
- Build a customer base of recent and returning customers, from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
- Provide expert travel advice covering visas, travel timing, packing, dining, safety and more.
- Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where your pay is completely uncapped.

Qualifications

- Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and a strong personal travel recommendation network.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a calendar and respond quickly to phone calls and emails.




- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing a high‑pressure workload.
- Enthusiasm, passion and warm customer service that encourages repeat bookings.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to toggle between complex systems to find the best flight and package options.
