Role

As the Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, change management, AN‑ACC and resident care.

- Commit to ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residents.
- Maintain knowledge of the aged care sector and its standards.
- Respond to clinical and quality audits using continuous improvement principles.
- Develop, monitor and implement nurse care plans, and assess, plan and evaluate existing care plans.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and investigate issues and incidents.
- Ensure all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.
- Actively supervise, train and mentor all RNs and PCWs.

About You

- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
- Experience within the aged care sector as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable).
- Infection Prevention and Control qualification (desirable).
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes,



and AN‑ACC.
- Personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, continuous improvement of the home and the development of yourself and your staff.
- Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.).
- Complete a police check and/or an NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement.

Charlesbrook is a 70‑bed residential aged care facility located near the surrounds of Templestowe. It is in close proximity to major shopping centres, Birrarung and Westerfolds Parks, with access to major public transport routes.
