White Oak is seeking a Community Support Worker (Multi-Skilled) to travel to clients in their homes, following care plans to assist with daily tasks and personal care.
Applicants should have Cert III Individual Support, be able to obtain NDIS screening, hold a WA driving licence and a reliable vehicle; minimum six months’ experience preferred and availability of at least twenty hours per week.
