My Guardian is a leading Aged and Disability Care provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality home care services. We are passionate about empowering our clients to live independently with dignity and respect.
As we continue to grow, an exciting prospect has become available for a motivated and self-driven Physiotherapist to join our team. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, while supporting Aged Care and NDIS participants to improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. In this role, you will work closely with clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function across a variety of settings, including acute, rehabilitation, and community environments.
You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. We are open to full-time or part-time Physiotherapists to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments to evaluate physical function, mobility, and pain levels
- Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide physiotherapy interventions,
including manual therapy and exercise programs
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimise outcomes
- Educate clients and carers on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and mobility aids
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and confidentiality
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
- Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy is necessary
- Current registration with AHPRA (Physiotherapy Board of Australia)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care
