$120-$130K + Super (versatile for the right person)

TFG is kicking off a couple of exciting managed service projects, and we're on the hunt for dynamic TA professionals who thrive being deployed across multiple clients. These are full-time roles giving you exposure to some seriously cool early-stage tech companies.

What we are looking for

- 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to PE-backed, VC-backed, or high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience hiring across technical, GTM, and executive functions
- Comfortable operating across multiple clients simultaneously, each at a different stage of maturity
- Strong stakeholder management — confident partnering with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams




- Exposure to AI-native or product-led growth companies highly regarded
