Job Description

As an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner , you’ll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a meltdown.

What you’ll be doing

- Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plans
- Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework
- Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers
- Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team
- Championing the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practices

You’ll thrive with us if you:

- Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status at minimum CORE level with experience
- Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
- Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours
- Have a genuine passion for disability support
