We have upcoming opportunities in the Sunshine Coast and the Wide Region for skilled civil machine operators and civil labourers who demonstrate strong experience and capability within the civil construction industry.

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and reliable candidates who can work independently and follow daily instructions from site teams.

Positions Available

- Civil General Labourers – Laser experience, current fit test and mask, fit for general labouring duties; moving fencing, erosion and sediment controls, cutting and handling geofabric materials; operating machines advantageous. Live within 100km of project sites.
- Civil Machine Operators – Must have GPS experience; operating tickets for Excavator, Roller, Moxy, Dumper, Possy Tuck, watercart; minimum 3 years experience; references checked; white card; VOC advantageous; live within 100km of project sites.

Skills & Experience





- Proven experience as a Civil Labourer (multi‑skilled and multi‑ticketed)
- GPS machine operation experience (highly regarded)
- Recent VOC (Verification of Competency) advantageous
- Current operating tickets
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Demolition experience desirable
- Additional tickets (e.g., Traffic Control) and site cleaning experience advantageous
- Valid QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong safety focus and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions‑focused with a solid work ethic
- Ability to follow direction and complete allocated tasks
