As a Food & Beverage Attendant in Sokyo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is memorable.

Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Anticipate guests’ needs to understand their preferences and provide personalised service and recommendations
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down the dining area

What we are looking for

- Experience working in a fast‑paced restaurant with sound knowledge around food and beverage
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills




- Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
