Role Overview
As part of our Partners in Health strategy, we’re seeking a passionate and skilled Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing allied health team. This is more than just a clinical role; it’s an opportunity to be part of a national movement that integrates allied health into leisure settings, making care more accessible, empowering, and community driven. You will work with a diverse caseload including clients funded through NDIS, Workcover, TAC, DVA, and private referrals, with flexibility to grow your hours up to full‑time.
Facility
You’ll be working in a fully equipped health hub facility, including a modern gym, a dedicated hydrotherapy pool, an onsite multidisciplinary team, and access to group spaces and community engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall well‑being.
- Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Facilitate group‑based rehabilitation and health education sessions.
- Promote the role of Exercise Physiology within the centre and the wider community.
- Contribute to the growth of our Partners in Health program, helping shape the future of community health.
Qualifications & Skills
- Accreditation with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.
- A commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for community health and innovation in care delivery.
