About The Role

As the Structures Foreman - Concrete & Civil Structures , you will lead and coordinate structural civil construction activities across renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will provide frontline leadership across concrete works including foundations, slabs, culverts, and civil structures, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and compliant with project requirements.

Working closely with Site Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, you will manage work fronts, coordinate concrete activities, lead specialist crews, and drive quality outcomes through to successful completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate structural civil construction activities including foundations, slabs, culverts, retaining structures, and concrete assets.
- Manage structures crews, FRP subcontractors, plant, and resources to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality construction outcomes.
- Coordinate concrete works including preparation, inspections, pours, placement, finishing, curing, and quality requirements.
- Interpret structural drawings and specifications while working with Site Engineers and project teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain strong safety, quality, environmental,



and reporting standards through to project completion and handover.

About You

You will be an experienced civil construction leader with strong concrete and structural works experience and a proven ability to deliver complex construction activities.

You Will Have

- 10+ years’ experience delivering concrete structures, civil construction, infrastructure, or major projects.
- Proven experience as a Structures Foreman, Civil Foreman, Leading Hand, or Supervisor managing concrete and structural crews.
- Strong experience with foundations, slabs, culverts, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and structural civil works.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings, manage inspections, and coordinate construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with renewable energy, solar, BESS, substation, or major infrastructure experience highly regarded.
- Construction White Card and current Driver’s Licence required.

Additional tickets such as Working at Heights, Confined Space, Dogman, or Rigging will be highly regarded.
