WesTrac is seeking a highly organised WIP Coordinator for a 12‑month fixed term contract in the Hydraulics Workshop at Tomago. You will manage Work in Progress, ensuring jobs move efficiently, are completed on time and invoiced accurately.
Responsibilities include monitoring schedules and costs, producing WIP reports and supporting quoting, invoicing and warranty processes. Solid organisational and communication skills are essential, with experience in ERP systems advantageous.
