You will partner with managers to provide strategic HR advice, manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning, and coach leaders through performance management and workplace investigations.
You will bring a tertiary HR/Business qualification and 5+ years in HRBP or senior HR roles, with strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES and Contemporary Awards.
