Who are we looking for?

As a Digital Investment Associate Director / Director, you will shape and lead digital investment delivery across our client portfolio. You'll be accountable for the quality and innovation of digital campaigns at a portfolio level, driving performance across display, video, audio, CTV and emerging channels, and turning data into insights that genuinely move clients forward.

You'll also lead strategic partnerships with DSPs, publishers and ad tech providers, and spot the commercial opportunities where technical expertise unlocks deeper client growth.

You're a confident, digitally sharp leader with:

- Deep digital media experience across programmatic, video, audio, CTV and emerging channels
- A proven ability to elevate campaign quality - technically precise, strategically aligned, and client-ready
- Strong data fluency, translating performance data into insights that drive client decisions
- Commercial smarts, from partner negotiations to identifying organic growth opportunities
- A track record of leading with directness and care
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence
