Grace Loves Lace is seeking an amazing, service-driven individual to join our Customer Experience team at our global head office in Burleigh Heads. This is a part time role working four days per week, with start and finish times between 6am and 5pm to suit our operations across time zones.

You’ll conduct virtual styling consultations, respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, assist with post-sale add-ons like veils and accessories, and maintain accurate data entry in NetSuite and CX
