Responsibilities

- Be the person who makes a real difference in someone’s life by supporting clients with disability living together in a shared home environment.
- Deliver personalised support that builds independence.
- Assist with personal care and daily living.
- Support social activities and skill development.
- Build positive relationships with participants and families.
- Maintain accurate records and safe practices.
