As Senior Fund Accountant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the financial discipline behind our funds management platform - delivering accurate reporting, smooth audit outcomes and meaningful process improvements that help our teams make informed decisions and create long-term value for our investors and partners.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Own key monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables , including management packs, balance sheet reconciliations, BAS returns and distribution calculations that support confident fund decision‑making.
- Partner closely with Fund Managers, Finance leaders and broader business teams to provide clear analysis, commentary and insights that help drive strong commercial outcomes.
- Play a key role in year‑end and audit processes , preparing high‑quality financial statements, workpapers and tax inputs to support smooth, accurate reporting.
- Manage complex fund and joint venture accounting , helping maintain financial discipline across Charter Hall’s Industrial funds platform.
- Drive process improvement and positive change , bringing curiosity, problem‑solving and initiative to strengthen how the team works.
What you’ll bring to the team

- Has a valuable attention to detail with ability to anticipate questions and validate data accordingly.

- Has good interpersonal skills, a positive demeanour with a “can do attitude”.
- At least 4-5 years’ experience.
