Overview

Vimeo is seeking a driven Hybrid Sr. Account Executive / Account Manager to convert, cultivate and expand relationships within our Vimeo Enterprise product line. In this role, you'll be responsible for converting prospects into paying customers by handling both inbound leads and outbound prospecting, and for growing and retaining our existing enterprise accounts by understanding client needs and identifying strategic opportunities. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, energetic, and adept at creative problem-solving. This role is hybrid and requires in-office work 1 day a week.

This role does require travel to South Korea at least once a quarter to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

- Exceed sales quota targets by selling Vimeo’s Enterprise offerings
- Actively handle lead pipeline and campaigns in order to meet goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the SDR team to prospect into whitespace, in order to meet goals and objectives
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients utilizing Vimeo Streaming's enterprise product, with a focus on retention and expansion
- Demonstrate Vimeo OTT and Livestream product capabilities to customers
- Support the RFI/RFP process by providing responses to business requirements
- Work with Vimeo Partners in your territory to meet revenue goals
- Work directly with leading brands and media companies to help them tackle their online video needs
- Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce.com
- Serve as a client advocate, effectively translating client needs into actionable feedback for product and support teams




- Become a product expert and strategic advisor, guiding clients on how to best leverage our technology for business growth
- Understand and anticipate clients’ business needs to drive the success of key accounts
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and ongoing client engagement across your accounts
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion opportunities

Experience we're looking for

- 4-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry, in both new logo acquisition and expansion + 2-3 years of experience selling to Korea
- Hunter mentality with previous experience in prospecting/cold calling into the South Korea market
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external Partners
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant sales tools
- Experience in Online Video Platforms (OVPs), OTT streaming, and live streaming technologies
- Familiarity with mobile and Connected TV app platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku)
- Proven success managing an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) book of business exceeding $2MM

Compensation

Base Salary Range:

111,000 - 152,250 AUD annually

This role also includes on-target commissions in addition to base salary.
