Our Community Nursing teams bring high‑quality, person‑centred care directly to clients, supporting and promoting hospital avoidance and caring for everything from complex wound management to acute, post‑acute and end‑of‑life care.

We are hiring a registered nurse for maternity leave relief. This initial contract is for up to 190 weeks with 8 hours per week, but the hours and duration may change based on maternity leave requirements. An extension at the same or reduced hours may be possible.

- Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care directly to clients within community settings.
- Support and promote hospital avoidance and manage complex wound care.
- Deliver acute,



post‑acute, and end‑of‑life care as required.
- Build strong connections with clients and work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Conditions

- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Vaccination evidence required to comply with NSW Health policy (PD2024_015).
- Candidate must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or legally able to live and work in Australia.
- Probationary period of six months from date of appointment.
